Keep unopened in a cool, dark place, away from direct light and heat; for best results, refrigerate; once opened, reseal tightly and continue to store in a cool, dark place — refrigeration recommended
Important — always allow matcha to return to room temperature before opening a package that’s been refrigerated; opening cold packaging causes condensation to form on the powder, which can cause clumping and spoil freshness - Serving suggestion
- Whisk briskly into water or hot milk for a matcha latte; add sugar or honey to taste
- Water temperature
- Bring water to 100°C and allow to cool to 85°C
- Dosage / tea quantity
- 2g–2.5g (approx. 1/2 tsp) per 200ml–250ml cup
- Infusion / steep time
- 2–4 minutes (recommended: 3 minutes)
